Cyber Defense Consultant
Ruben is a cybersecurity practitioner with over 20 years of international experience supporting national CERTs, government agencies, law enforcement, and enterprises. He has investigated APT campaigns targeting the Philippine government, collaborated with the Singapore Government during the 2013 Anonymous attack, and contributed to cybersecurity policy and cyber-warfare research with the Center for Security Studies in Switzerland. Ruben authored the Bangsamoro Cybersecurity Master Plan and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Science in Cybersecurity in the United States.
Anatoly Tykushin
Director, Unified Cybersecurity Services
Anatoly has led more than 400 incident response operations, compromise assessments, and threat hunting missions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He co-authored the Ransomware Readiness Framework and the book Incident Response for Windows, and has contributed to Group-IB’s Threat Intelligence research and XDR product development. A frequent speaker at RISK Europe and MENA ISC, Anatoly brings his extensive experience directly to organizations through advanced training programs.
Svetlana Ostrovskaya
Head of Education Practice
With a background in incident response and digital forensics, Svetlana has designed many DFIR training programs and crisis management masterclasses. She has also co-authored articles and books on cybersecurity, such as Practical Memory Forensics, Incident Response for Windows, and the e-guide Human-Centric Assessments. She has trained specialists in more than 30 countries and spoken at leading conferences worldwide, from FS-ISAC Japan to GITEX UAE.
