Group-IB launches Digital Risk Protection availability in AWS Marketplace

Group-IB, a leading creator of predictive cybersecurity technologies to investigate, prevent, and fight digital crime, today announced that its Digital Risk Protection (DRP) solution, which detects and eliminates phishing, scam, and brand abuse, before they reach a company’s customers, is now available in AWS Marketplace, a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace account.

Group-IB Digital Risk Protection continuously monitors millions of online resources across the open, deep, and dark web where a brand or its intellectual property may appear, covering domain registrations, search results, advertising networks, social media and messengers, online marketplaces, mobile app stores, and code repositories. Its proprietary neural network family detects up to 90% of violations with the accuracy of a skilled analyst, while auto-attribution correlates individual infringements into the wider criminal infrastructure behind them, so that an entire scam network is dismantled rather than a single link removed. Detected violations move through a three-stage takedown process — notification, enforcement through Group-IB’s global partnership network of registrars, hosting providers and domain zone authorities, and cease-and-desist — supported by a distributed team of more than 70 brand protection specialists and by CERT-GIB, a member of FIRST and Trusted Introducer.

Group-IB’s DRP is now available to AWS customers worldwide in AWS Marketplace. This enables streamlined purchase and management through their existing AWS Marketplace account, with monitoring and enforcement delivered in any local language. Security, fraud, legal, and marketing teams work from the same view of a brand’s exposure, rather than from separate tools and separate reports. For organizations facing high-volume, repeat brand abuse — where a single scam network can generate hundreds of fraudulent domains and social accounts — consolidating detection, attribution, and takedown in one protection solution shortens the time between a violation appearing and being removed.

Group-IB has achieved the AWS Financial Software Competency designation, which recognizes providers that meet AWS’s security, quality, and operational standards for the financial services industry.

“Brand abuse is no longer a nuisance at the edge of the security programme; it is where a large share of fraud now begins, and attackers are using AI to spin up convincing fake domains, storefronts, and executive profiles faster than most teams can report them. Two things have to change. Enforcement has to reach the whole network behind an attack rather than the one link a customer happened to report, which is why we attribute every infringement back to the infrastructure that produced it. And it can’t be slow. Making Digital Risk Protection available in AWS Marketplace removes the procurement friction between a security team recognizing that problem and being able to acton it.”
