She has played a key role in high-profile international operations with INTERPOL and regional law enforcement, including investigations into business email compromise, phishing platforms, and infostealer infrastructure.

Jia Hwei holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, GCTI, GCFA, GCIA, and is widely recognized for her contributions to cybercrime investigations and regional cybersecurity collaboration.
