Solution Engineer Intern (Fraud Protection)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will support the Solution Engineering department by learning and understanding the customer and market requirements, ensuring business alignment. You will get the opportunity to deep dive into the challenges of combating online fraud and design robust solution architecture.

As a Solution Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our Solution Engineers to help formulate and lead technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers. You will be responsible for assisting in providing technical support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales process. You will be given the hands-on opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and communication skills.

The majority of our customers are financial institutions. You will act as a technical advisor to the client, working with various departments, such as, project management, development as well infrastructure teams to deliver deployment and customization of solutions at the Customer’s site and remotely.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Provide support to the Team in project documentation and deliver key technical documentation
  • Support the elaboration of the product implementation architecture with customers
  • Support the delivery, installation and configuration of Group-IB solutions at the Customer’s site
  • Assist with technical support and consultation on how to implement Mobile SDK & JS
  • Support remote deployment and customization of solution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in understanding and clarifying scope of work, plan project timelines to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Support the team with technical issues where necessary

  • Degree (or final-year student) in Information Security, Computer Science, or Cyber security
  • Good understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language
  • Mobile development experience: Swift, Objective-C, Java, Flutter, React Native, etc.
  • Customer-oriented approach: Good sense of urgency, going deep into customer’s problems and propose a solution
