WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions in a global environment. You will support internal communications by creating engaging content and assist with internal initiative, while also supporting talent acquisition activities such as candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and talent research. You will get the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Talent Acquisition & HR Support
- Support the team in sourcing and screening candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Support end-to-end hiring processes and contribute to recruitment process improvements by researching best practices and gathering feedback
- Conduct market and industry research to identify talent trends, sourcing channels, and talent pools, particularly within the cybersecurity space
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR team
Internal Communications
- Producing high-quality written, videographic, and other assets with clear, tailored narratives to engage Group-IB’s internal stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing digital and offline internal communication activities, such as curating and publishing communication collaterals and assisting with internal events
- Managing internal stakeholder expectations across Group-IB’s internal initiatives and projects
APPLY FOR THIS VACANCY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resource, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Journalism or any related field
- Strong command of English language – both written and verbal
- Fluency in other APAC language(s) is a plus
- Interest in technology, people, and storytelling
- Excellent content creation and project management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in recruitment and/or sourcing (including Boolean searches) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and problem-solving
- Familiarity with using G-Suite and content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro would be an advantage
