YOUR MISSION

  • Full-cycle HR administration in compliance with the labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • Handling employee hiring, transfers, and terminations, including preparation of relevant orders and directives.

  • Maintaining and storing employee personal files, labor books, and other HR documentation.

  • Preparing reports for government authorities and internal company use.

  • Advising employees on labor law matters and internal HR procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Law, or Economics.

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.

  • Deep knowledge of the labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • Proficiency in 1C: Payroll and HR Management and MS Office suite.

  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
