YOUR MISSION

1. Content Production & Management
  • SME & Trainer Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts, methodologists and trainers to organize the content creation process and develop accompanying materials.
  • Content Production: Support content production process including visuals preparation, SCORM development and using AI-tools for content production.
  • Catalog Maintenance: Actively manage the content lifecycle; coordinate with developers to track and push for timely content updates, ensuring the course catalog remains current and relevant.
2. LMS Administration
  • System Administration: Serve as the administrator for the Learning Management System, managing user permissions, course structures, learner enrollment, live-sessions organization and reporting.
  • Content Publishing: Upload, organize, and publish a variety of learning materials, ensuring they are accessible, properly indexed, and tagged.
  • Media & Branding: Manage media assets, collaborate with the design team to update course branding, banners, and landing pages on LMS to match company standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Program Coordinator or LMS Administrator role.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with video conferencing, video editing, generative AI, file management tools.
  • LMS Expertise: Hands-on experience as an administrator for LMS.
