ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR MISSION:

  • Bring a strong strategic view and deep understanding of marketing in Europe (DACH region expertise is a strong plus).
  • Develop and execute the European regional marketing strategy, including co-marketing and partner marketing initiatives. 
  • Drive and optimize regional campaigns focused on lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns; monitor and improve them regularly.
  • Own and manage the regional events calendar, including third-party conferences, co-marketing events, and account-based events from end-to-end planning to execution. 
  • Take full ownership of the regional marketing budget planning and allocation, continuously tracking performance and adjusting investments for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to gather market feedback, align targets, and integrate field insights into campaign execution. 
  • Develop and own the global account-based marketing strategy, setting clear goals for pipeline creation, acquisition, and customer expansion.
  • Design, launch, and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity, ensuring alignment with the sales team.  
  • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and intelligence teams to analyze European market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine regional messaging and campaign strategy.
  • Work close to the partner marketing team. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree and/or master's in marketing, business or a related area. 
  • 5 to 7 years' experience with similar roles – a focus on cybersecurity is a plus 
  • Knowledge of event management (organising, managing and controlling budget). 
  • Experience with Salesforce, 6sense, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to generate reports for data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deal with stakeholders and partners/vendors.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

  • Fluency in German or Dutch is a huge plus.
  • Proven track record of strong relationships with sales teams.
