- Manage end-to-end delivery of all training formats: live webinars, onsite instructor-led sessions, and self-paced e-learning cohorts.
- Own the master training schedule and coordinate logistics, resources, and instructor availability.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation, including proposals, vouchers, certificates, and course descriptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding training schedules, access, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, trainers, designers, and developers to organize content creation and supporting materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners involved in design, production, and marketing activities.
- Manage media assets and ensure course branding, banners, and landing pages align with company standards.
- Maintain and update the learning content lifecycle, ensuring the course catalog remains current and relevant.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course setup, content publishing, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a Program Coordinator, Training Manager, Learning Operations, or LMS Administrator role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing communication and learner support.
- Comfortable working with video conferencing tools and basic file management (formats, resolution, uploads).
- Bonus: Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
