Channel Partner Manager
What makes the role special
Join Group-IB as a Channel Partner Manager in Central Asia and play a key role in developing and scaling our managed security services ecosystem. You will help partners maximize the value of Group-IB solutions while driving regional revenue growth. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, recruit, and manage strategic partners across Central Asia.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for local execution and sales alignment, working closely with the Regional Head for Central Asia on regional priorities, partner strategy, pipeline development, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Expand partner offerings to create new revenue streams with Group-IB solutions.
- Generate new pipeline and revenue via partner opportunities and market expansion.
- Support partners with training, resources, and marketing programs to sell Group-IB solutions.
- Review partner performance, define goals, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with partners, resellers, SIs, or similar channel organizations.
- Strong knowledge of indirect and managed sales models.
- Experience building joint business plans and GTM models with partners.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with enterprise security software (Security Operations domain).
