The role:

Our sales team keeps rocking each month, as our sales coordinator will play a big role as part of the sales operations function of bridging the needs of sales teams to complete the paperwork process to close the deals.

 

Tasks to solve

  • Support the Sales Team and Business Operations team in Europe with administrative matters (eg. preparation of NDA/MOU, preparation and processing of contracts, filling up information of vendor information, etc).
  • Analyze sales data and forecasts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Management, and Sales Leaders to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales/Sales Team Leads to gather reporting requirements and ensure data solutions align with business needs.
  • Build strong relationships internally with our stakeholders in Europe, and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise with the legal and finance team advisors on all contract matters.
  • Perform regular Salesforce data maintenance and ensure accuracy of reporting data.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment terms and contract validity with clients.
  • Actively track the progress of deals.
  • Draft basic accounting documentation.
  • Support in partner-related documents.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
  • Provide support and training to junior team members.

This role is perfect for you if

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Degree in business and management or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven and significant experience in administrative support in a professional, fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • Fluent English. Spanish is a plus
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience working on Salesforce or other related CRM systems.
  • Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and willingness to work with top professionals.
  • Meticulous and well organized.
  • Possesses a keen to learn attitude and is a team player.
