ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Integration Engineer for our Fraud Protection solution, you will be an integral part of an innovative team devoted to detecting, preventing and combating fraud in real-time. Our mission is to safeguard financial institutions and large organizations from the clutches of digital villains. 

 

Drawing from your technical acumen and keen analytical mind, you’ll be entrusted with designing, implementing, and maintaining our state-of-the-art anti-fraud solution. You will collaborate closely with the technical team, gather and analyze product requirements to create detailed implementation and integration documentation. Your deep understanding and appreciation of our anti-fraud solution will serve a powerful shield against cyber threats. 


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • At least 1 year of experience in system/technical analysis, developer, or similar roles
  • Experience in web development is an advantage;
  • Strong self-learning skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively;
  • Experienced in successful implementation of business tasks into technical products;
  • Able to identify and investigate technical problems and resolve issues during project lifecycle;
  • Able to drive projects and tasks with total accountability, including internal orchestrations, leading workshops, and writing technical documentation; 
  • Familiar with project management best practices, methodologies and project lifecycle;
  • Experience working with big data engines such as SQL, Elastic, Cassandra, ClickHouse, etc;
  • Experience with Go / Python / JavaScript;
  • Familiar with version control systems like Git;
  • Expertise in integrating message brokers (Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, IBM MQ);
  • Experienced in  REST/gRPC API; 
  • Proficiency in designing processes following BPMN 2.0 and UML standards; 
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly and document technical requirements using Confluence and JIRA;
  • Experience working and interacting with processing and risk teams;
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills along with intra-team coordination capabilities. 
  • Experienced working with JSON, XML/XSD including scheme creation; 
YOUR MISSION:
  • Design, implement and maintain integrations with anti-fraud solutions;
  • Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders, including customers and internal team; 
  • Prepare detailed implementation and integration documentation, including API specifications and technical user stories;
  • Work closely with technical team, task and coordinate their efforts in the solution implementation;
  • Integrate the solution using APIs, ensuring a flexible and seamless integration process;
  • Conduct session and transaction analysis, utilizing tools like Kubernetes for efficient troubleshooting and monitoring;
  • Troubleshoot issues as a second line of support, delegating tasks to programmers if necessary.
