Tasks to solve
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external users: product architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations
- Write product-related texts: interface copy, release notes, update descriptions, user guides
- Build and follow a consistent content strategy and tone of voice
- Conduct interviews with product teams and translate knowledge into readable documentation
- Contribute to localization processes and adapt texts for different markets
- Maintain internal knowledge base in Confluence and Jira
- Work with Git + Markdown for in-product documentation
- Use tools like Figma, JSON, CAT-tools for working with product copy
This role is perfect for you if
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level: ability to write and edit high-quality content
- Proven experience writing technical documentation for software products
- Ability to structure and analyze large volumes of information independently
- Familiarity with Git, Markdown, and collaborative documentation workflows
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT / DeepL / Perplexity / Google Gemini / Grok to improve readability and speed up translation
