Tasks to solve

Role responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical roles worldwide, from sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
  • Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for engineering and cybersecurity functions across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking in global talent markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to define requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Continuously map global talent pools, conduct salary benchmarking, and gather competitive market intelligence.
  • Collaborate on broader talent initiatives and contribute to key HR projects to support business growth.
  • Deliver regular, data-driven reports on recruitment performance and pipeline health.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, ideally with global scope.
  • Proven expertise recruiting for niche technical positions (software engineers, R&D specialists, cybersecurity experts).
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or information security sector is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously across geographies and functions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
  • Creativity, adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Russian language skill is a plus.
