What makes the role special
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our Fraud Protection solutions. Acting as a key link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring market alignment and commercial success.
Group-IB Fraud Protection is a comprehensive solution designed to protect mobile and web applications from bot attacks, fraud, malware, social engineering, and other forms of digital fraud. In a rapidly evolving threat landscape, organizations need real-time, adaptive fraud prevention to secure user interactions and transactions. Your role will be to define and communicate the unique value of Group-IB Fraud Protection, ensuring our solutions resonate with customers and stand out in the market.
This role requires a multidisciplinary mindset, combining deep market insights, strategic thinking, and strong execution capabilities to successfully launch, scale, and optimize our products in a competitive landscape. You will drive market intelligence, competitive differentiation, and impactful GTM strategies to accelerate adoption and business growth.
Tasks to solve
You will be responsible for executing key global GTM activities and accountable for ensuring their strategic alignment and success within a structured framework.
1. Market Insights
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend analysis to identify key opportunities.
- Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for Product Management.
- Collaborate with Product Management on customer research and product performance analysis.
- Maintain and present validated research documentation and strategic insights to leadership.
2. GTM Strategy & Planning
- Develop impactful product propositions with validated hypotheses in collaboration with Product Management and align on business models and product roadmap.
- Define central product messaging, buyer personas, and content journey mapping to guide GTM efforts.
- Establish, maintain, and align marketing and sales channel strategies to drive demand.
- Own the creation and approval process of the GTM strategy & plan, ensuring alignment with Marketing & Sales leadership.
3. GTM Execution & Enablement
- Develop sales enablement materials, including commercial decks and training content.
- Lead the creation of marketing assets (campaigns, data sheets, case studies, white papers).
- Organize and execute sales training sessions in collaboration with Product and Partner Marketing.
- Govern the overall execution of GTM launch activities, ensuring alignment with leadership and go/no-go decision-making.
4. Product Launch & Performance Review
- Conduct sales briefings, support media briefings, and lead industry analyst briefings pre- and post-launch.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing launch plan, ensuring it meets business objectives.
- Collect post-launch feedback and adjust GTM strategies accordingly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (campaign effectiveness, sales enablement impact) to drive improvements.
5. Scaling & Advocacy
- Oversee the thought leadership strategy, including speaking engagements and content development.
- Support customer advocacy programs to generate testimonials and case studies.
- Work with Marketing to refine campaign strategies based on performance analytics.
- Ensure ongoing optimization of GTM execution, continuously improving messaging, channels, and sales support.
This role is perfect for you if
- Stationed close to one of the following office hubs: Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore
- 2+ years as a Product Marketing Manager (or 5+ years as a Product Manager, Marketing Manager, or Salesperson) in the Digital Fraud or Financial Crime industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and buyer personas.
- Proven ability to develop compelling product messaging and content.
- Experience launching new products and features with measurable impact.
- Ability to align strategies across sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to assess marketing performance and make informed decisions.
- Strong writing and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
