The role:

You will be at the frontline of fraud prevention, helping organizations protect themselves against financial fraud, account takeovers and malicious bot activity.

Every successful deployment strengthens the security posture of banks, fintech companies, e-commerce platforms and enterprises worldwide.

As a Solution Delivery Engineer, you will be working with industry-leading AI-driven fraud detection, behavioral analytics and real-time threat monitoring systems, staying ahead of cybercriminals and fraudsters. Unlike many purely technical roles, this position combines hands-on engineering with customer interaction. You’ll have the opportunity to troubleshoot issues and directly engage with clients to solve their security challenges, making each project unique and rewarding.

 

Tasks to solve

  • Conduct solution customization based on customer requirements and business needs.
  • To offer consultancy services for the implementation and configuration based on specified business and technical requirements, and to define clear guidance for the customer during implementation.
  • Manage implementation, fulfilment of integration tasks and reporting on the results of integration and implementation of the solution, ensuring the solution integrates smoothly with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including implementation guides, API documentation and system configuration instructions, to support the customer’s technical teams during and after the integration process.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during and after implementation.
  • Execution of requests related to troubleshooting, incident analysis, root cause analysis and any issues related to the product to serve Clients in the Service Desk system in accordance with specified SLAs.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase, ensuring their technical queries and concerns are effectively addressed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical environments to facilitate tailored FP solution implementations.
  • Develop implementation plans, API Integration Documents, timelines and milestones in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, API Integration Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps team and client representatives, to ensure successful delivery.

This role is perfect for you if

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years related experience in Software Development / Network Engineering
  • Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, APIs, SDKs) * Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS and RESTful services
  • Familiarity with containerization
  • Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools
  • Understanding of network protocols & security best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for resolving issues efficiently
  • Experience in client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution design.

Additional requirements:

  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Hands-on experience with anti-fraud or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Understanding of fraud attack vectors.
  • Previous experience with the banking/fintech industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
  • Understanding of business processes and banking/fintech industry-specific challenges.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests
