Intellectual Property Lawyer

• Take the lead in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing documents related to intellectual property, including licenses and agreements for rights transfer, internal documents for the creation of intellectual property.
• Share your expertise by advising colleagues on intellectual property protection matters.
• Collaborate and engage in exciting projects within the dynamic legal department.
• Craft insightful legal opinions and recommendations to support the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing changes in legislation and assessing how they impact the company.
• Keep Group-IB’s legal documentation organized and up-to-date, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• You have a solid command of English at a B2 level.
• You hold a higher legal education degree.
• You have experience in intellectual property, especially in protecting immaterial assets of company and drafting internal documents and licenses – this is a plus, but we welcome all candidates!
• Your analytical skills are sharp, and you have a keen eye for detail.
• You enjoy teamwork and can effectively interact with various departments.
• You possess strong communication skills and have a knack for negotiation.
• You are comfortable using PC and office software.
• You have a keen interest in new technologies and a strong desire to explore IT products, gaining a deep understanding of how they work.
