About the role:
In this role, by applying strong consulting, business and leadership skills in the cybersecurity domain, you will support business development teams, facilitate Group-IB cybersecurity services brand awareness progression in the market, drive thought leadership, generate a demand for cybersecurity service engagements and lead service projects under tight deadlines, developing customer journey maps and following up on service engagements.
You will have a unique experience in service delivery management of a diverse range of cybersecurity services offered by 4 practices: cyber defence consulting, training, digital forensics and incident response, and red teaming areas, including standalone services or cross-practice engagements requiring multiple skill domains.
You will be responsible for working with our clients and utilising Group-IB services capabilities, extensive knowledge base, and security approach to help address the cyber problems organisations are facing today. Group-IB is a recognized leader in threat intelligence, incident response services, and fraud protection.
Tasks to solve
Cybersecurity services generation:
- Meetings with clients.
- Sales support for all portfolio of services.
- Supporting incoming applications processing.
Opportunity lifecycle support:
- Service delivery management: project supervision, validating deliverables and presenting an executive summary to the customers.
- Post-engagement follow-ups.
- Designing a customer-specific journey map.
- Facilitating and coordinating complex project opportunities (involving multiple service practices).
Strategic development:
- Search for new niches and growth points for the cybersecurity services business.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Strategic initiatives development (i.e., long-term projects, national-level projects).
Brand recognition
- C-suite content development.
- Driving thought leadership in the cybersecurity domain.
- Participation in cybersecurity.
- Oriented events in the region.
Cybersecurity services maturity progression
- Contributing to the skills development of the cybersecurity service practices team members.
- Service delivery methodology improvements.
- Introducing technical/intellectual innovations to the cybersecurity services practices.
This role is perfect for you if
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience in leading cybersecurity services delivery.
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
- English fluent; other European language is a plus (preferably German or Dutch).
What else we appreciate in our team
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
- Experience in leading cyber security assessments, i.e. Table-Top Exercises (TTX), threat modelling, security controls assessment and validation, cyber defence, cyber threat intelligence (CTI), red teaming, and compromise assessment.
- Experience in cybersecurity incident management.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting projects such as maturity progression, SOC development.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST CSF).
- Ability to present security concepts to audiences (e.g., technical and executive).
- Published books or industry research in a related field.
